Open the App Store for iOS devices / Google Play Store for Android devices
Search Wisilica lighting app in the search tab and download it

Switch on Wi-Fi/Mobile Data, Bluetooth and GPS on your mobile
Install the App from Google Play store or iOS App Store
Click Open option
Click “Create One” option in home screen
Enter valid informationin all the fields.
Click “Create Account” button.
On a successful sign up, a new account is created.
Enter valid credentials i.e. username and password.
Click Sign In.

Yes, you can. Based on the internet connectivity.

For Android devices GPS is required and for iOS devices it is not mandatory.

WiSilica App supports Android 4.4 and iOS 9.0 or later

Admin has the complete access to a location and create sub users as managers and based on the location provide them or restrict them from some privileges for operations

Data can be saved in the cloud, so that it can be retrieved whenever the app gets reinstalled and logged into the same account provided with the internet connectivity.

Device should be in the range of 10 meter for direct operation and for remote operation the bridge should be logged in and should in the range of 10 meter with device to operate

Download WiSilica Lighting App from Google Play store or iOS App Store
Click on Create New Account
Enter valid credentials like Username, Domain name, Email and Password
Click Create Account
Your account is created

Check whether the valid username and password is entered
Check for the internet connectivity

Click Generate OTP
An OTP to reset your password will be sent to your registered email ID.
User will be navigated to Reset Password page
Key in the OTP, New password and Retype password on the corresponding fields

Creating location enables the easy management of devices under large and smaller physical areas like office, home etc.

Yes, you can. User’s location can be changed from the WiSilica Mobile App and from Web App.

For default device security code 0000, the pairing time limit is 3 minutes
For non-zero security code, the pairing time limit is 10 minutes

No, only the device name will get changed

Security code will be asked on repairing when the device has been force deleted (device deleted when it is not powered).

Power cycling refers to the act of turning a device off, or disconnecting it from its power source, and then turning it back on again so as to make the device in a pairing state.

Power cycle the devices
Select Devices option
Click Plus button and select Add Device option
Select Scan option
Select the Devices which needs to be paired and then click on bulk pair button

Unpaired devices will get listed when powered on and scanned.

Check whether the device is powered on.
Check the internet and Bluetooth connectivity
And device pairing mode duration might have expired. In that case power off the device and then power it on

Check the Proximity. Device should be in proximity for direct addition operation

Click on the right arrow besides Light Configuration Settings, enter Max Level, Min Level, Fade on Time and click Update

You can give access to multiple users. If many users are simultaneously using the App to control the same set of lights, it will respond to the last command received

You can log in as an existing user. Before deleting the app, logout the account for syncing all the account information to the cloud.

Scene is a specific lighting theme that you can apply to a device or a group of devices so that they illuminate the way you want.
All paired devices will be listed in the scenes by default. Tap on + button to link the device to the scene.

Click Scene Page and invoke the required scene manually or can be automated with the following steps:

Select scene schedule
Click on the name of the schedule
Select the scene and configure the scene Time settings

Yes. A Total of 2000 scenes can be created for an organization

The selected scene will get invoked if the lux value falling on the sensor is between the configured range.

Your light can be customized and saved on scenes. For customizing the light settings on scenes,

Configure the light (Intensity, CCT) and click OK.

Group is the representation of collection of devices that have frequent interaction, common usage and work history together to achieve a common set of platform operative goals. There is a limit to the number of groups that I can create. The application supports upto the creation of 2000 groups.

Maps are uploaded for layers created in selected locations and can be modified or deleted. Maps can be uploaded to position devices and control them with much ease using the web application.

Various operations (ON/OFF control, intensity, CCT and color) performed in a group can be done in Space also.

App/Cloud shall support only upto 3 backups for a device type in a location.

Backup option allows to back up the group, and scene settings corresponding to the paired device.

Devices paired under a location cannot be paired under another location. User have to delete the device from the location under which it is paired and then pair it under another location.

Dual classic mode utilizes a controller to mix the CCT and intensity ratio where drivers lacks this capability and provides controls for changing intensity, CCT and color along with ON/OFF operations.
In Dual Native mode, driver performs the Intensity and warm/cool ratio mixing and provides controls for intensity, CCT and color along with ON/OFF operations.

Input Channel Mode enables connection of the devices with sensors so that they can respond to the motion and light sensor triggers.

Beacon technology allows Mobile Apps (running on both iOS and Android devices) to listen for signals from beacons in the physical world and react accordingly, so that mobile app can understand their position on a micro-local scale, and deliver hyper-contextual content to users based on location.
